Redesigning and renovating an old property that involved updating and modernizing an existing structure while preserving its character and historical features. This included a single story extension to the back of this property. Our clients wanted an open-plan kitchen, dining and entertainment area This kind of project was creatively rewarding and technically challenging due to the age, condition, and original construction methods of the building.

Our clients were thrilled with the end results. We are currently back at this property for phase 2 – a home bar/ games room, utility and downstairs WC. Check out our social media page to see the progress.
