Construction of Retail Units
This will include the building of retail spaces, which could range from standalone units to part of a larger commercial development, such as shopping malls, retail parks, or mixed-use developments.
Tenant Customisation
In many commercial retail developments, the developer may provide a base shell of the retail unit, and the tenant may then have the ability to make improvements specific to their needs (such as layout changes, branding, signage, and specialized fittings)
Maintenance and Support
In addition to our obligations in the retail sector, we are committed to offer a support system to the same client for emergency call outs and repairs to their existing retail facilities. This service has also been extended into the companies care homes and hospices with all the restrictive and very necessary and essential care that is required.

Sue Ryder Charity Contract
We are proud to have a commercial construction framework contract with Sue Ryder Charity. We were first awarded this 3 year contract in 2011 in open competition with others to fit out new acquisitions and refit existing facilities. The scope of the contract covers everything from initial design concepts to the final handover of functional retail units that are ready for tenants or businesses to operate in. It’s a crucial step in developing spaces that are functional, attractive, and commercially viable for retail businesses. We also offer them maintenance and repairs with post – completion works or end of tenant. We have continued to win the contract every 3 years, and have recently been granted another 3 years.

fitting out of the interior of the retail units. This includes walls, flooring, ceilings, electrical systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and other elements tailored to the tenant's needs.
