This project was for the fit out of a ground floor shop, refurbishment of existing staff and first floor areas and the creation of an office area including all associated works to mechanical, electrical and life safety services.
To enable the work required the removal of all remaining fixtures and fittings in all areas was necessary. This included the sales floor lighting, the existing shop front signage, the panelling around the meter/electrical services and floor finishes to first floor stock room area.
The client`s design plan included the installation of a new slat wall system complete with shelves and hanging areas, ceiling tiles throughout the sales area with new modular and recessed light fittings and floor display units. The various floor finishes were retained and C. S. Construction ensured these were cleaned to a high standard. The unit was fully re-decorated.
Works were completed within the four week schedule and C. S. Construction where complimented on their high level of workmanship.
