Maintenance – Hospice Roof Repairs, Manorlands

Following a site inspection C Scotland Construction prepared a detailed quotation which Sue Ryder accepted.

To carry out the necessary roofing works access scaffolding had to be erected to the front, side and rear elevations.  Necessary measures were made to ensure minimal disruption and safety for all patients, family members and staff visiting the hospice.

The roofing flags were checked throughout to ensure their security.  C Scotland Construction removed the existing ridge, cleaned and set aside for re use and all defective bedding materials were removed. The top row of stone flags were re drilled and pegged and the existing ridge members were relayed and rebidded.

On completion C Scotland Construction cleared the site area and the client commented on the standard of workmanship and professionalism.
